DrinkEntrepreneurs in Kota Kinabalu is a monthly entrepreneurial social that brings like minded people together over drinks. It is currently the largest entrepreneurial social in Malaysia with events held every month in KL, JB, Penang, and now Kota Kinabalu. Key players from the startup scene, investors, young professionals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, corporates, ‘wantrepreneurs’ and student talents are our usual attendees.
We like to describe DrinkEntrepreneurs to be not just an event; it’s a movement that is slowly but steadily becoming a key connector in local entrepreneurship scenes.
DE offers a relaxed yet meaningful environment for driven and motivated entrepreneurs, their friends and entrepreneurship aficionados to get together, share good conversations and inspire one another. Attended by approximately 100 of a greatly diverse and amazing individuals, from countries as far as Czech Republic, Australia, America, Canada and Japan, the event endorses no specific format, so there are no name tags, stuffy environments or boring presentations.
DE ultimately aims to become a movement and key connector for KK’s local entrepreneurship scenes, as well as to laugh and learn, to socialize and network.
